Why Lockridge drivers call us
Lockridge is mostly established housing, with plenty of older cars parked in driveways and on verges. A big share of our work here is the everyday stuff: batteries that go flat overnight, cars that crank but won’t fire, and family cars that need to go to a mechanic with a failed cooling system or gearbox. We also move plenty of cars that haven’t been driven for a while, which is where our vehicle transport service comes in.
The arterial roads around the edges are the other source of jobs. Benara Road, Altone Road, Morley Drive East and Lord Street all carry steady traffic through the area, and the intersections between them see rear-end and side-impact crashes during the morning and afternoon peaks. For those, our accident towing crew clears the scene and can deal with your insurer for you.
Roads and places we cover around Lockridge
Benara Road and Altone Road carry most of the traffic in and out. Morley Drive East heads west towards the shopping and business areas of Morley, while Lord Street, on the eastern side, heads north towards the Swan Valley. Inside the suburb, Rosher Road and Diana Crescent carry the local traffic, and Rosher Park or the Alice Davoren Community Centre make handy reference points when you call.
To the west is Kiara, to the south Eden Hill, and to the north Beechboro. Further south again, past Eden Hill, are the train station and town centre of Bassendean.
Stuck in Lockridge? A few quick tips
- On Benara or Altone Road, get as far to the left as you can or onto the nearest side street.
- If you’re at home, let us know whether the car is in a garage, a carport or on the verge.
- If the car is unregistered or the wheels are locked, say so, because it may need winching onto the tray.
- Have the address where it’s going ready, whether that’s a workshop or another house.
