The south eastern suburbs cover a lot of ground, from the inner-city edge of Victoria Park and Bentley through Cannington and Gosnells to Armadale and the semi-rural edge at Byford. Albany Highway runs the length of the region and is one of the busiest, and most crash-prone, roads in Perth.
This is also where Perth’s freight moves. The Kewdale and Welshpool industrial area sits beside the Kewdale rail terminal, and the surrounding estates see a constant flow of containers, trucks and machinery. Further south, growth suburbs like Piara Waters, Southern River and Byford are still being built, so roadworks and new road layouts are part of daily driving.
We cover every south eastern suburb listed below, day and night.
