What we get called out for in Parkwood
Roe Highway is the biggest source of serious jobs. It runs along Parkwood’s southern boundary between the Willeri Drive and Nicholson Road interchanges, carrying trucks heading to and from the Kewdale freight area. A breakdown there needs a quick, safe pickup, and a crash usually means accident towing with the insurer billed directly.
Back in the streets, Parkwood is a settled residential suburb with Lynwood Senior High School, Parkwood Primary and a neighbourhood centre on Vellgrove Avenue. School-run cars, older family wagons and first cars driven by students make up plenty of our breakdown towing work. Then there’s Riverton Forum on High Road, where batteries and starter motors give up in the car park every week.
Roads and places around Parkwood
High Road curves around the north and north-east of Parkwood, separating it from Riverton and Lynwood. Nicholson Road forms the eastern edge, with Langford across the road. Roe Highway runs along the south, beyond which lies Canning Vale and its industrial area, and Willeri Drive marks the western boundary with Willetton. Whaleback Golf Course sits in the south-east, on the buffer land between the homes and the Canning Vale industrial estate.
