Typical towing jobs in Orange Grove
Orange Grove is a semi-rural suburb with a working edge. Along Kelvin Road and the streets off it you’ll find workshops, equipment hire businesses and yards, so a fair share of our calls involve utes, vans, light trucks or machinery that needs moving between sites. For bigger loads we also handle container transport in and out of the area.
Further east, the land rises towards the hills and Bickley Reservoir. Here the jobs look more like rural recoveries: cars that won’t climb a wet gravel driveway, a 4WD stuck on a track, or an unregistered vehicle that needs to go to a buyer or a wrecker.
Roads around Orange Grove
Tonkin Highway runs along the western side of Orange Grove, separating it from Maddington, with interchanges at Kelvin Road and Gosnells Road. Kelvin Road heads east through the suburb towards the scarp and west back towards Maddington and Kenwick. Gosnells Road East comes off Tonkin Highway into the southern part of the suburb, near Martin, and Hardinge Road leads to the Bickley Outdoor Recreation Camp. To the north you’re into Wattle Grove and Forrestfield, with Lesmurdie up the scarp to the north-east.
