Common callouts across Wanneroo
Wanneroo is one of the oldest settlements in Perth’s north, and it still has a country edge. Alongside the town centre and residential streets there are market gardens, nurseries and semi-rural lots, so we tow everything from commuter cars to farm utes and small trucks. Sand driveways and soft verges on the outer blocks sometimes mean a winch is needed before a vehicle can be loaded.
The other half of our Wanneroo work is on Wanneroo Road, the main north-south route through the suburb. It carries heavy local and through traffic, with trucks heading to and from the industrial area at Wangara and farm vehicles pulling out of side roads. That mix leads to crashes, and our accident towing crews can clear the vehicles and deal with your insurer.
Wanneroo’s main roads and neighbours
Wanneroo Road runs north past the town centre towards Tapping and Carabooda, and south past Hocking and Pearsall. Joondalup Drive meets Wanneroo Road at the suburb’s northern tip and leads west to Joondalup. At the southern corner, Ocean Reef Road crosses Wanneroo Road on its way east to Wangara. Dundebar Road runs past the civic centre, and Pinjar Road branches off at the Ashby boundary towards Banksia Grove.
Lake Joondalup and the Yellagonga Regional Park form the suburb’s western edge, so most crossings west to Joondalup and Edgewater happen at only a few points.
Stuck in Wanneroo? Here’s what to do
- On a rural road, park as far onto firm ground as you can and turn your hazard lights on.
- If the vehicle is on a property, tell us about gates, livestock and the driveway surface.
- In the town centre, note the shop or car park you’re in so we can go straight there.
- Let us know if there’s a trailer, a load or machinery that needs moving as well.
Ring 0419 857 070 and we’ll take care of it.
