The usual jobs in Kardinya
Two roads shape most callouts here. South Street is a major east to west route between Fremantle and the freeway at Murdoch, and North Lake Road carries traffic north to Melville and south towards Cockburn. They meet in the middle of the suburb, and that junction sees its share of rear-end crashes and side-swipes, particularly when traffic banks back from the lights.
Kardinya Park Shopping Centre sits on that corner. Car park callouts are steady: batteries that die while you’re shopping, cars that won’t come out of park, and the occasional set of keys locked inside. We’re also called to the sports clubs at Morris Buzacott Reserve after weekend games, when a car left in the sun all afternoon refuses to start.
The rest is family-car stuff. Kardinya is mostly established housing, and we tow plenty of second cars and teenagers’ first cars to mechanics around Myaree and O’Connor through our breakdown towing service.

Farrington Road and Winterfold Road mark the southern edge, near North Lake and Coolbellup, while Samson lies to the west.
