A lot of breakdowns happen after you have shut the roller door. We can still deliver the car so it is ready for you in the morning. Tell us once where you want after-hours cars left, how the keys should be handled, and whether there is a gate code or compound. We will note it and follow it each time.
The driver will park the car where it will not block your bays or your neighbours, leave a note with the customer’s name and details if you want, and photograph the car at drop off on request.
Handling customer cars with care
When a customer’s car arrives at your shop, it reflects on you. Our drivers strap at the wheels, check clearance before loading lowered cars, and handle AWD vehicles and EVs on the tray so the drivetrain is not turned. If a car has a fault that affects loading, like seized brakes or a locked steering column, we bring the right gear.
