Baldivis is one of Perth’s big growth suburbs, and new estates bring new kinds of trouble. Roadworks, fresh roundabouts and building sites mean punctures, kerbed wheels and minor collisions. Families with two or three cars mean plenty of flat batteries and failed starters in driveways, and the Stockland Baldivis car park on Safety Bay Road is a regular pickup.

Getting to you around Baldivis
Safety Bay Road is the main east-west link, heading out to Warnbro and Rockingham. Nairn Drive loops through the newer estates, while Mundijong Road meets the freeway in the north, where Kulija Road continues west. Wellard sits just to the north and Port Kennedy to the south-west.
