Height bars and covered parking
The main hurdle at a shopping centre is getting the tow truck to the car. Many Perth centres have large undercover or multi-storey car parks with height bars. A tilt tray will not fit under most of them.
If you are parked on a rooftop or open-air section, we can usually drive straight to you. If you are on a covered level, the car may need to be rolled or winched to an area the truck can reach. When you call, tell us:
- The centre name and which car park (many have several).
- The level, zone colour or letter, and bay number.
- Whether the car is on an open-air or covered level.
- Whether the car rolls, steers and the handbrake releases.
Coordinating with centre management
For anything beyond a simple pickup, centre security or customer service is worth a quick call. They can help clear nearby bays, open a service gate or point the driver to the best entry. We are happy to talk to them directly.

The price depends on distance to the drop-off, vehicle type, whether it runs, access in the car park and at the other end, and time of day.
