Coming home to a car that will not start
You have landed, collected your bags and walked out to the car park, and the car is dead. After a week or more sitting in long-term parking, a flat battery is the most common cause, but alternator faults, fuel issues and flat tyres also show up after a car has sat still.
Call 0419 857 070. A real person answers 24/7, including late-night arrivals. We have 10+ trucks across Perth and send the closest one with a realistic ETA.
Which car park are you in?
Perth Airport has separate terminal precincts, and each has its own parking. Telling us exactly where you are saves the driver time:
- T1/T2: short-term, long-term and other parking areas around the main terminal.
- T3/T4: the terminal precinct accessed from the other side of the airport, with its own short and long-term car parks.
- Long-term and overflow parking: large open-air areas, often a shuttle ride from the terminal.
Give us the car park name, the bay row or level, and the nearest sign or pole number. If you can, drop a GPS pin by text.
Boom gates, height limits and access
Airport car parks are controlled by boom gates, and some are multi-storey with low clearance. A tilt tray cannot always fit under a height bar, so a car on an upper or covered level may need to be moved to an open area before loading. If the car can roll and steer, that is usually simple. If it cannot, tell us when you call so we can plan.
Pay your parking before we arrive. If the exit gate needs to be opened for the tow, use the help intercom or speak with the car park operator. Do not try to push a dead car through a gate yourself.
Loading and the trip out
Once the car is somewhere the truck can reach, it is winched or driven onto the tilt tray and rides fully on the tray. Nothing touches the road on the way home from the airport, so your tyres, driveline and odometer are left alone. We secure it and head out, usually via Tonkin Highway or the Great Eastern Highway depending on where you are going.
If the car was damaged in the car park and you are claiming, tell us your insurer. If the claim is covered, the airport pickup can be invoiced to your insurer instead of you.
Pricing
The cost depends on distance from the airport to your drop-off, vehicle type, whether the car runs, access in the car park and the time of day. We give an upfront quote with no hidden fees and our best rates guarantee. Call or text 0419 857 070 with your car park and bay number for an airport tow price.
Where we work
From the airport we tow to any Perth suburb, from Two Rocks to Secret Harbour and Cottesloe to Mundaring. Nearby areas include the eastern suburbs, Kewdale and Welshpool, and we regularly run to the northern, southern and western suburbs. See all areas.
